Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love your NutriBullet experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Product

  Safely place the NutriBullet motor base, blades, and cups into the original box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
